Lost Package
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. In these cases, the item does not need to be returned.
